01About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and [Registered company name] (“TAGE”), Mumbai, Maharashtra. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them. Our products are sold mainly to businesses: restaurants, cafés, caterers, cloud kitchens and retailers.
02Products and natural materials
Our products are made from natural and plant-based materials such as bagasse, areca leaf, wood, bamboo and aqueous-coated paper. Small variations in colour, texture and finish between batches are normal and are not defects.
Product specifications, capacities and photos are as accurate as we can make them. Check the spec sheet before ordering for critical uses.
03Quotes and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless shown otherwise. Quotes include delivery to the address given and are valid for [X] days. Prices for raw-material-sensitive items may be revised after that period.
04Orders, MOQs and payment
Minimum order quantities apply per product and are shown on each product page or quote. An order is confirmed once we receive full payment, an agreed advance, or a signed purchase order. Credit terms for repeat clients are agreed in writing. A valid GST invoice is issued for every order.
05Custom and printed orders
Custom printing requires written artwork approval before production. You confirm you have the rights to any logos or designs you send us. Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Printed quantities may vary by ±[5–10]% of the ordered amount, billed at actuals.
06Use, storage and compostability
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Follow the heat, liquid and microwave guidance for each product.
Compostability claims refer to the certifications listed on each product. Actual breakdown depends on local composting conditions, and some products are certified for industrial composting only.
07Compliance
Our products are offered as alternatives to single-use plastics restricted under India’s Plastic Waste Management Rules. Certification and test reports (for example [CPCB registration], [IS / ISO / ASTM certificates] and food-contact test reports) are available on request.
08Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected products. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, improper storage, or use outside our stated guidance.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
